Ecoinclusive Strategies, is a Denver-based consulting firm dedicated to integrating equity at the forefront of every initiative. We specialize in catalyzing transformational experiences. At Ecoinclusive Strategies we approach consultation and facilitation through collaboration and flexibility. Our process utilizes a combination of assessments, coaching and a suite of interactive workshops that build upon each other to cultivate DEIJA literacy and assist in developing shared language across institutions. These components are critical to not only envisioning an organization's desired future state but also fostering the internal culture, understanding, and drive necessary to make that vision a reality.
Our approach is to meet people where they are in their inclusiveness journey which means building experiences where participants’ heart and spirit are welcome and in turn, their head will follow. We are cognizant of power dynamics and try our best to acknowledge and address these dynamics without defensiveness or pushback. Our commitment to decolonizing group practices is rooted in all aspects of facilitation, whether solo conversations, small breakout groups or in full-team conversations. We understand that discussions about DEI topics can be uncomfortable, challenging, and emotional for some individuals. We balance our discussions with empathy and respect while also challenging our participants to dig for a deeper understanding. Our consulting and training programs are designed to address the specific needs of each organization we work with. We take a collaborative approach to our training sessions, working closely with our clients to identify their unique challenges and goals. We believe that by tailoring our programs to meet the specific needs of each organization, we can maximize the impact of our programs and create lasting change. We understand that DEIJA is an ongoing journey and requires continuous learning and improvement.
