DEIJBA Leadership Coaching sessions
These sessions are geared toward Organizational Leader and Executives as well as DEIJBA
Committee and Leads. Sessions provide a safe space for leaders to ask questions, learn and grow as
DEIJBA leaders within their organization. Coaching sessions are customized and engaging. Sessions
are designed to help leaders develop clearer perspectives of inclusive leadership practices, allyship,
and improve the effectiveness of DEIJBA strategy implementation.
Creation of an Equity Statement
An institutional equity statement ensures that all stakeholders understand the institution’s commitment
to equity and that the equity initiatives of individual units and departments align with the institution’s
overall values and equity goals. Development of a statement for organizations includes multiple parts.
We will use a process that reflects on the values on which the statement will be developed, outline the
core tenants for the statement and discuss possible action plans to build on the equity statements by
identifying a theory of change that explains how the organization will achieve the commitments embedded
in these statements.
Organizational Evaluation and Assessment
Organizational Evaluation helps assess where an organization is on its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion,
Justice , Belonging and Accessibility (DEIJBA) journey and to identify potential areas for future work. Before
crafting a DEIJBA plan or policy, an assessment that includes staff, volunteers, and stakeholders at varying
levels of the organization; helps organizations focus on specific strengths and areas of growth. Assessment
provides a data-driven understanding of organizational current state around DEIJBA.
Assessment also establishes a baseline from which to celebrate what is working well, and measure progress
along your DEIJBA journey.

discussion can be anything from the exploration of a DEIJBA topics, to a solutions-based discussion
with ideas to solve problems. and sometimes come up with recommendations. We can create
roundtable discussions based on the needs of your organization. These discussions can be used to
help your team better understand DEIJBA topics after training or as an ongoing conversation to help
